For those of you (like myself) who are not avid Sun readers, let me first introduce you to Victoria Newton, Rupert Murdoch's editor for the Bizarre showbiz column. Vicky's column provides millions of eagerly awaiting Sun fans with their daily hit of celebrity gossip.
Vicky Watch is a blog wholly devoted to exposing the inadequacy of Victoria as a journalist. The bloggers scrutinize her articles in search of mistakes and inconsistencies, ridiculing her stupidity as they tear her work to shreds. Take a moment to read the post "Char gives birth to baby girl"
Entertaining as this blog is, can it really be called journalism? Could it ever be held in the same regard as The Times, The Guardian or even The Sun? Personally I doubt it will ever reach such status or that it even intends to, however while 'respected' journalists like Vicky Newton are still allowed to write all manner of trash, who is to say that blogs like this can't also be classed as news?
It certainly offers a new take on exposing the truth.

Beginner Blogger
Not completely technically incapable it appears! Who'd have thought in just a few simple steps my tedious views would be aired for all the world to see. No longer shall I cower in embarrassment as my Grandad outwits me in cyber space!
